Registration begins at 9:30 AM. Sorry no checks or credit cards. You will need to provide name and address to bid on units. All units are sold as a complete package. The winning bid on each unit will be required to pay $100 deposit, which will be returned if the unit is empty and clean by October 18 2021. There are no disposal facilities on site. All units must be cleaned out within 72 hours. If you cannot clean out the unit on the day of sale, see us to obtain a key for the gate.
